MORAL

Nakaraan lingo mainit ang usapin ng gobernador ng probinsya ng camarines norte,Filipinas na diumanoy nagkaroon ng iskadalo sa mga larawan nasa ipubliko sa pamamagitan ng social media particular na ang sa facebook, sinasabing ang gobernador ay meron karelasyon na maganda at bata sa edad na 24 anyos. makikita sa mga larawan na sila ay naghahalikan, at ito nman ay pinatunayan ng may bahay ng gobernador ng siya ay lumabas sa programa ng UMAGANG KAY GANDA ng ABS CBN network.


Sa ating gobyerno kung inyong mapapansin ang mga nanunungkulan ay patuloy at lalo dumarami ang mga eskandalo na nasasangkotang kahihiyan ngunit hindi parin sila natototo. nawala na nga ba ang moral ng atin mga binoboto, 


Kung inyong ikukumpara sa mga lider ng bansang JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, kung sila ay nasasangkot sa mga eskandalo o hindi nila naaksyonan ng mabilis ang problema na ikinapahamak ng kanilang mga mamayan halimbawa  na lamang ng trahedyang nangyari sa lumobog na barko sa SOUTH KOREA, ang kanilang unang punong minestro ay bumaba sa kanyang katungkulan., at marami pang kaparehong kwento na nangyari din sa bansang JAPAN. ganun kataas ang moral ng kanilang lider.




Ikaw gobenador!!! nasaan ang MORAL MO?! BOBOTO PA BA KAYO SA KANYA????

IGNORANT OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE GOVERMENT

We process our application for merriage last october 23, 2014 in the philippine embassy in abu dhabi but we incounter a problem for processing because of the address are different of my fiance passport in the cenomar and birth certificate, my fiance was born in the town liloan cebu, and she took a cenomar in the national statistic office at the same address but in her passport address in cebu city.

The clerk in civil department in philippine embassy in abu dhabi start reviewing our document and she notice the differences of the address of my fiance and she is telling to us it must bhe the same address on her passport and the cenomar so that we can probe to her that  my fiance are not merriage to anyone. my question to the clerk is you mean the NATIONAL STATISTIC OFFICE is only searching in liloan cebu. the basis of the search is particularly only in liloan cebu? in my knowing is the NATIONAL STATISTIC OFFICE if we request ah CENOMAR CERTIFICATE is searching the intire philippines statistic record, either it is wrong address or correct they will find the the name of the people they are searching if it's already merriage or not that why they called it NATIONAL STATISTIC OFFICE. on our frustration we go home in decided to request a new CENOMAR CERTIFICATE in NSO. another wasting of time in wasting of money!

The reason i im writing this to aware people that might be on my situation so that they can prepare there document and face no hustle, im not sure also if the civil clerk in the philippine embassy in abu dhabi is knowing her job. or i might be wrong also.
