last July 12, 2016 the Hague Arbitrational Tribunal release the decision of the case filed by the Philippines government by the last administration (Aquino Term) the new administration welcome the decision but carefully studying the outcome of the decision.

The Philippines cannot afford to go to war its devastating that new president also express his view he said in one of his speech in San Beda alumina party that war is not our option he might sent the former President Fidel V Ramos to china to start the diplomatic or bilateral talk. Thank God we have a thinking President who study first before making any wrong decision unlike the last administration Aquino yellow Government.

We have no enough power to go to war many Filipino people are patriot in the Philippines flag the nationalism is really boiling to the hottest, but keep calm my fellow Filipinos I was once like that so angry when china is the topic of the talk, but keep in mind in the reality we have no enough power military and economy many property will be destroy many people will die if we engaged in war to china. If you notice in the Middle East war is really evil many children die and now suffering no food to eat no water to drink and no safety in the community. America will help us but maybe when there are already many casualties in our nation. So let’s not relay in America its better if we are standing by our self as a nation, a nation that can makes our decision a nation that happy by their own government a nation who protecting our people a nation who is God fearing so that god will bless us.

FIRED OVER EXTORTION ISSUES

Some people are either slow learners or simply dumb.

Two weeks after President Rody Duterte assumed the highest post of the land vowing to stop corruption, the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) Quarantine Officer based in the Sasa Port, Davao City has been relieved from his post following reports that his office has been demanding grease money from exporters of Cavendish banana.

After I received complaints from small exporters of Cavendish banana that the BPI Quarantine Officer in Sasa Port, Andres Alemania, and some of his people were demanding "fees" for every container van, I immediately directed BPI Acting Director Vivencio Mamaril to issue a relief order.

On Monday, July 18, I will issue another directive to Director Mamaril to relieve the whole BPI Quarantine Service staff in Sasa Port down to the janitor and replace them with a fresh group of Quarantine Officers.

There will be due process.

This week, I will dispatch graft investigators belonging to a new unit I organized in the Department of Agriculture to proceed to the Sasa Port in Davao City to validate the charges.

They will interview the over 200 Cavendish banana exporters who have reportedly been paying the "special fees" to the BPI Quarantine Office for so many years now.

The going rate, according to sources I talked with is P8,000 per container or P40,000 per exporter per transaction.

Considering that there are over 200 exporters, not to mention the huge players like Dole Philippines, Sumifru, Tadeco, Uni-Frutti and others, I can just imagine how much these people, granting that the charges are true, have been raking in all these years.

Lifestyle check will also be conducted on the said officials and if the charges are validated, I will officially ask the Office of the Ombudsman to start an official investigation and recommend the filing of graft charges.

In my trip from Manila to Davao this week, passing by Naga City, Catbalogan City and Sogod, Southern Leyte for consultations with farmers and fisherfolk, I reminded DA officials that corruption must end in the department.

President Duterte's vow to rid government of corrupt officials is not just cheap talk. It will be done.

Panalo ang Pilipinas sa isinampa kaso laban sa China sa pag-aakin nila ng buong south china sea. Foreign Affair Secretary Perfecto Yasay announce the decession. na inilabas ng UNCLOS o United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. Ang mga International na Hukom sa Permaneteng Korte ng Arbitrasyon sa Hague ay buong pagkakaisang pinasyahan ngayun martes na fabor sa Pilipinas sa kaso laban sa China sa pag-aakin nila ng buong South China Sea.

Ang Limang kasapi Husgado ng Arbitrasyon ay nagpatibay sa posisyon ng Pilipinas sa "China Nine Dash line" Tungkol sakop na paglalayag at buong karagatan ay sobrang pag-aagaw at panghihimasuk sa karapatan ng Pilipinas sa 200 Nautical mile exclusive economic zone (EEZ).

Ang "nine-dash line" ay nangangahulugan di umano ng kasaysayan na sakop ang 85 porsento ng South China Sea na kasama ang 80 porsento ng EEZ ng Pilipinas oh ng West Philippines Sea.

Ang mga Hukom ay nagkaisang pinagpasyahan ang mga sumusunod.

• Na walang legal na basihan ang china na angkinin bilang kasaysayan na karapat na ankinin ang mga kayaman na napapaloob sa "nine-dash line'
• Ang trinunal ay maaring- nang mag-deklara ng hanganan na ang ilan sa mga isla sa spratly ay sa loob ng EEZ ng Pilipinas.
• Ang China ay lumabag sa karapatan soberano ng Pilipinas sa loob ng EEZ sa pamamagitan ng pagbabawal ng pangingisda sa mga pilipino mga mangingisda at sa pagsasagawa ng petrolyong esplorasyon, paggawa ng mga artipisyal na isla, at pagkabigo na ipatupad ang pagbabawal na sa mga chinese na mga mangingisda na manghuli sa hindi sakop.
• Ang mga awtoridad ng Intsik ay hindi natupad ang kanilang obligasyon na pahintuin ang mga intsik na mangingisda sa pag-huhuli ng mga endangered na pawikan dagat, Corals, at higanteng tulya sa isang malaking scale sa South China Sea.
• Ang China ay nagsawa ng malawakan konstraksiyon ng artipisyal na isla na hindi tugma sa obligasyon ng isang bansa o estado habang nagkakaroon ng debate o pagtatalo at nag-aantay ng resulotion sa paglilitis.

Ang China ay tumangi na tanggapin ang pakikibahagi sa arbitrasyon. Gayun pa man sila ay naglabas ng pahayag ng "Position Paper" noong disyembre 2014 na nagpapaliwanag kung bakit ang Tribunal oh Hukuman ay walang nasasakupan sa kaso.
